Saichel is a Family Office serving multiple clients, with a focus on providing service to those who consider themselves Stewards of multi-generational wealth. The concept of Saichel derives from the Hebrew word for common sense. One who demonstrates Saichel has done more than just consider the hard facts, and instead builds upon facts as presented and further applies their own perspective and experience to make a well informed decision. In the context of our Family Office, we build on the legacy of our Founder, who not only kept a sign with the word Saichel is his library, but took it upon himself to teach the concept of being an engaged thinker to everyone he dealt with.

We have come together collectively based on the background and experience as both Family Office executives and successful entreprenuers to help serve our client Families. Applying decades of experience across multiple service lines and focused exclusively on advising Families of multi-generational wealth, we seek opportunities to further a Family's legacy and have positive impact on society through generational empowerment as well as directed philanthropy.

Acting as both advisor as well as co-investor, co-supporter, and co-participant, our network of Families provides perspective, capital, experience and diverse thinking to each and every opportunity or challenge. Our Families come from companies across multiple disciplines, representing differing sizes and histories, all affording unique perspectives that together are coordinated to help power the Saichel that supports successful outcomes.

01Investment Opportunities

Saichel, on behalf of its client Families, directs and commits investments across multiple capital structures and circumstances. We invite inbound introductions of opportunities for review. Saichel will conduct industry standard reviews, and leverages its client networks for industry specialists where we can both add value for our investment partners as well as improve outcomes for our client base. Key attributes of successful mandates are:

Solid and defined approach to adding value and driving attractive risk adjusted returns
Thoughtful perspectives on risk and liquidity management
Well conceived perspectives on success factors and KPI's that will define plans for realizing value
Clear and measurable standards for reporting and informational updates, access to management, etc.
Demonstration of appropriate thoughtfulness and planning with regards to service providers, custodial or administrative partners, etc.

Saichel client families strongly subscribe to the ideal that engaged thinking goes beyond simply making good investment decisions. We are equally passionate about accepting our responsibilities towards improving life for all, and having a positive impact on society wherever possible. We are especially focused on initiatives that help improve and innovate in the areas of education, health and supporting economic growth of developing communities. Inbound requests for Philanthropic support should include the following:

Clear description of the cause to be supported, and the team that is organized to see the project through
Metrics in support of the need and impact that said initiative hopes to have
Timeline and budget for the project, and how success will be measured
Reference to other supporting entities joining in the effort
Past success of the team or group, and how our client Families can help drive further positive outcomes
